We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Crone Corkill. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our Financial Services division.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop an annual calendar aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
- Design and deliver effective development programs, including the company induction program, ensuring regular updates and best practices in delivery.
- Manage and oversee talent development programs, including Ignite and Developing the People, working closely with the Head of L&D on upcoming initiatives.
- Lead company-wide management and leadership development, including ongoing review and delivery of key essentials for line managers, self-learning toolkits, and supporting leadership and management off-site activities.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in design, delivery, competency frameworks, and stakeholder management. A background in Financial Services, preferably banking, is essential. Psychometric accreditation is a plus, as it will fast-track your application.
