Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Trainee Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting pupils in schools that may have additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teaching and learning by assisting teachers with lesson plans and activities.
  • Fostering positive relationships and a sense of belonging within the school community.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the student and the school environment.
  • A willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with SEND and behaviour needs.
