About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at GSL Education - Yorkshire. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students and teachers to create a positive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with lesson delivery, providing individualized student support, and contributing to classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are beneficial).
- Enthusiasm for working with young people and helping them succeed.
- Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential.
