**Job Title:** Clinical Pharmacy Leader

**Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

Main Duties:
  1. To lead the clinical pharmacy service, ensuring all patients receive outstanding pharmaceutical care.
  2. To supervise, motivate, and support the team to ensure smooth and efficient work flow.
  3. To work with the Pharmacy and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver service improvement projects to enhance patient care, efficiency, quality, and safety across various clinical areas.
  4. To support clinical governance processes, investigating incidents where required, and medicines optimisation.
  5. To take a lead in guideline/policy development to ensure safe and effective use of medicines compliant with relevant legislation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist.
  • Post-graduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience.
  • Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
