Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at GRN Search Group Ltd. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify leads. You will play a key role in promoting our company's range of services, developing tailored solutions for customers, and closing sales opportunities that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers through regular engagement.
- Manage a small portfolio of accounts, focusing on growth and profitability.
- Develop customised solutions for customers based on a deep understanding of their needs.
- Make pricing decisions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, prioritising profit over bottom-line pricing.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations to secure business.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in a sales environment.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that maximise profit and business growth.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to providing tailored solutions.
