We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Team Member to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a Personal Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents with a range of health needs, including dementia.
- Work collaboratively with families to develop tailored care plans that meet individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as feeding, toileting, and bathing.
- Develop strong relationships with residents and their families to deliver effective care.
The Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience.
