The successful candidate will have a valid RGN qualification, NMC Pin, and supervisory/managerial experience in a similar setting. Key responsibilities include supporting the Home Manager in daily operations, delivering person-centered care, undertaking audits, and conducting staff supervisions and appraisals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our luxury care home provider. The estimated salary range for this position is £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our luxury care home near Royston. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, while also contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Home Manager in daily operations
  • Delivering person-centered care
  • Undertaking audits
  • Conducting staff supervisions and appraisals

Requirements:

  • RGN qualification with valid NMC Pin
  • Supervisory/Managerial experience
  • Experience in a similar setting

Salary:
