We are seeking empathetic individuals with good communication skills to provide care services for older people in our Homes.

While previous experience in a similar care environment is not necessary, successful candidates will be able to undertake all aspects of caring with compassion and respect.

Requirements:

  • You must be aged 18 years or over to apply.\
  • You will need to be able to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays.\
  • You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to remain calm and composed under pressure.\
  • You must have the ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.\
  • You must be able to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.\
  • You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.\
  • You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\
  • You must be able to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.\
  • You must be able to follow instructions and take direction from senior colleagues.\
  • You must be able to learn quickly and absorb new information.\
  • You must be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.\

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is around £23,000 per annum, with enhancements for weekend and Bank Holiday work.

\
