Job Title: Groundworker

Location: Cambridge

Rate of Pay: £160 p/day + Van & Fuel Card

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Groundworker to assist in void operations and planned maintenance on domestic properties across Cambridgeshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out maintenance and repair work on domestic properties
  • Assisting in void operations, including cleaning and preparing properties for new tenants
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve project goals
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driving license and access to a van
