Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Groundworker to assist in void operations and planned maintenance on domestic properties across Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will work on a temporary/ongoing contract, providing maintenance services to a large portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in void operations, including preparing properties for new tenants
- Carry out planned maintenance tasks, such as repairs and replacements
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements:
