Job Title: Groundworker

Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

Location: Cambridge

Rate of Pay: £160 p/day + Van & Fuel Card

Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Groundworker to work on a domestic maintenance social housing contract. The successful candidate will assist in void operations and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of properties across Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out groundworks and maintenance tasks on social housing properties
  • Assist in void operations, including cleaning and preparing properties for new tenants
  • Work on planned maintenance tasks, such as repairs and replacements
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with company policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in groundworks and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driving license and access to a van
