About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Everpool. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated region, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Provide time-sensitive MI reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, building long-term relationships and understanding their specific needs.
  • Support with work required around tenders, costings, suppliers, materials, and fusion splicing seminar days.
  • Provide backup support to UK and European business as needed.
  • Attend overseas events and conferences to promote splicing solutions and equipment.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential.
  • Proven track record in fibre optic, cabling/splicing sales, preferably within or related to technical telecom industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, sales, and presentation skills are a must.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of splicing technology and its applications is essential.
