beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Construction Financial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
  • Monitor construction budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure optimal pricing.
  • Analyze project costs as construction work progresses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with expertise in cost estimation software and project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Compensation:
