Bilingual Benefit Operations Specialist

A leading bio-pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Benefit Operations Specialist to join their HR Department. As a subject matter expert, you will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to employees on benefits-related matters.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the benefits administration process.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented individual with excellent German or French language skills. Previous experience working in an HR function and experience with benefits administration is essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German or French, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to identify critical situations and take action to escalate where necessary.
  • Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Desirable experience with Workday, Service Now, and Darwin.
