We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Benefits Operations Specialist to join our team at Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our HR Department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring all benefits documentation is up to date, and acting as the subject matter expert regarding benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the benefits administration process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits from employees across Europe
- Develop and implement processes to improve benefits administration, identifying problems and recommending solutions
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless benefits administration
- Fluency in German or French, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Solid verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience with Workday, Service Now, and Darwin is desirable
