About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Benefit Operations Specialist to join our team at Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our HR Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees across Europe regarding benefits and acting as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring all benefits documentation is up to date
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits from employees across Europe
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions to improve processes
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless benefits administration

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German or French, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Solid verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to identify critical situations and take action to escalate where necessary
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Experience with Workday, Service Now, and Darwin is desirable
