Requirements:
  • Hold a valid MAPA or CPI certification for managing difficult patient situations.
  • Prior experience in healthcare settings, specifically in mental health, learning disabilities, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
  • A proactive and dependable approach to your work.
Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver personalized care and support to patients across various environments.
  2. Assist patients with daily tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  3. Evaluate and address any safety concerns for patients, particularly in complex scenarios.
  4. Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.

Hourly wage: approximately £11.44. Based in Shrewsbury. Temporary contract.
