Job Title: SHEQ Manager

Croda International Plc is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team. As a global leader in speciality chemicals, we are passionate about developing and utilising new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing marketplace.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors to site. This will involve providing detailed competent advice on Health, Safety, and Quality issues, as well as leading on investigations and working collaboratively to continually review all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and auditing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards
  • Providing detailed interpretation and guidance of key legislative regulations
  • Managing an effective and comprehensive SHEQ management system
  • Liaising with local management teams and collating weekly and monthly KPI information
  • Leading on investigations and reviewing policies and procedures
Requirements
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Experience of maintaining and auditing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards
  • Experience of providing detailed interpretation and guidance of key legislative regulations
  • Experience managing an effective and comprehensive SHEQ management system
