Safety and Quality Assurance Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team at Croda. As a global leader in speciality chemicals, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations and standards
- Develop and implement effective SHEQ management systems
- Provide guidance and training to employees on SHEQ policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with local management teams to ensure effective implementation of SHEQ policies

**Requirements:**

- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Experience in maintaining and auditing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
