About the Role

Croda International Plc is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team. As a global leader in speciality chemicals, we are passionate about developing and utilising new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors to site.
  • Provide detailed competent advice on Health, Safety, and Quality issues.
  • Liaise with local management teams and collate weekly and monthly KPI information.
  • Lead on investigations and work collaboratively to continually review all policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Experience of maintaining and auditing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
  • Experience of providing detailed interpretation and guidance of key legislative regulations.
  • Experience managing an effective and comprehensive SHEQ management system.
Desirable Qualifications

NEBOSH Diploma, internal auditor qualification, and previous experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
