About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Manager Quality to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standards of clinical excellence and person-centred care across our Talking Therapies service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop new or existing areas of service delivery, care, and treatment
  • Provide clinical supervision to psychological therapists and line management as required
  • Investigate complaints and Serious Untoward Incidents, taking remedial action as necessary
  • Collaborate with key partner organisations, service users, clinicians, and other practitioners to achieve our service philosophy and national standards
  • Develop and implement various interventions to improve service delivery and patient outcomes

  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, counselling, or health psychology, or a qualification in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to postgraduate diploma level
  • Professional qualification in health or social care, e.g., RMN, Social Worker, or equivalent
  • British Association of Behavioural Cognitive Psychotherapy accreditation
  • Experience of working within the NHS and providing clinical supervision to psychological therapists
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience as a team lead/manager and specialist therapy assessment and treatment of clients in Adult Mental Health
