Job Overview: We're seeking a talented Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities or autism, enabling them to live independently and make choices about their lives.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will:

  • Provide personalized support to adults with learning disabilities or autism
  • Develop and implement personalized plans that promote independence and choice
  • Work collaboratively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
