About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Sales and Solutions Manager to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic company, developing custom Technology Solutions for national clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Electronics, with a minimum of 3 years experience selling Sensor products, components and modules. They will have a strong understanding of the Electronics Industry, with experience working with Distribution or OEM's. Additionally, they will possess excellent business acumen, knowledge of customer bases, markets and applications, and be able to build strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies for Sensor products
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
