About the Opportunity

MODE SEARCH Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fashion Public Relations Executive to join our team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for luxury fashion to take on a challenging role that combines strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the global press landscape.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with high-profile clients, influencers, and press.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director on global marketing strategy and seasonal messaging.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, including the creation of press materials and maintenance of a marketing calendar.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute events, including VIP fittings and garment loans.
  • Manage wholesale partner marketing and co-op budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high-profile clients, influencers, and press.
  • Oversee VIP fittings and garment loans, coordinating with stylists.
  • Identify influencers for brand collaborations and track the impact on awareness.
  • Act as the main contact for PR agencies, maximizing media coverage.
  • Organize brand events, including launches, fashion shows, and VIP events.
  • Handle press requests and manage brand collaborations with luxury partners.
  • Mentor junior team members, set KPIs, and track the impact of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, ideally with experience managing PR agencies and executing high-profile events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion.

Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
