Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic Finance team in Sheffield, enabling them to make an immediate impact within our growing manufacturing business.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working in a similar role and possess great attention to detail. Proficiency in using accounting systems, such as Sage50, is a great benefit but not essential. A great working environment and office, along with a competitive salary and early finish on Fridays, make this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a new challenge.
As a Finance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing up to 100 invoices per week into Sage, assisting with monthly payment runs, credit checking new accounts, raising sales invoices in Sage, and performing account reconciliations. You will also provide support to the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years working in a similar role is desirable.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using accounting systems, Sage50 is a great benefit but not essential.
