As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and negotiating contracts to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through self-sourced leads and cold calling
  • Appoint and conduct business reviews with customers to understand their needs and tailor your approach
  • Present our market-leading proposition and negotiate contracts with new customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, signing 10-12 new customers per calendar month

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Proven success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence
  • Resilience in overcoming objections and maintaining a positive outlook
  • Result-oriented, with a focus on maximising opportunities through referrals, networking, and relationship building
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and common customer success software
