About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Cultivate and expand client relationships, present Pro Cloud's solutions to prospective clients, drive IT and MSP sales, and provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Marketing: Attend networking events, strengthen our social media presence, craft and implement a strategic marketing plan, and innovate new marketing ideas to drive growth.
What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record in IT or MSP sales.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Expertise in IT support packages, VoIP sales, and Hosted Desktops.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A creative thinker with a target-driven mindset.
  • A self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
