As a Healthcare Specialist Consultant with GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED, you will play a vital role in conducting assessments for claimants of the Governments disability allowance. Your compassionate and experienced approach will enable you to understand the impact of health conditions on individuals' lives.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires exceptional observational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office. You will be trained to create comprehensive reports, analyse clinical information, and provide justification for decision-making.

Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting initial reviews, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments, and creating reports on an individual's ability to carry out daily activities. You will also spend time in offices or assessment centres, where you will meet with your manager and wider team or attend training sessions.

We offer a competitive salary of £41,500 per annum (plus up to 10% bonus) upon achievement of remote approved status, and £38,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time) plus a 5% retention bonus. Our company prioritises employee development, providing a 12-week training programme and ongoing mentorship.
