Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Derry/Londonderry. As a valued member of our team, you will provide vital support to patients with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.

About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with patients to aid mobility, monitor health signs, and document progress. Your exceptional communication skills and empathetic nature will make you an asset to our team, as you foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients
- Monitor and document patients' health signs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist patients with daily activities and promote independence

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience in the UK
- Evidence of full immunity to Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis & Varicella
- Right to work in Northern Ireland without restriction
