Strategic Arts Education Lead

- Oversee the implementation of projects from planning through to delivery and assessment.
- Educational Background: Demonstrable experience in arts education, community engagement, or a related field.
- Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups, including schools, community organizations, and arts professionals.
- Safeguarding Knowledge: Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and an understanding of policies related to educational environments.
