About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Educator Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the class teacher and other staff members to support the development and education of children in early years settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
