About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Professional to join our Digital Transformation team. As AI Ethics Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing governance frameworks for data and artificial intelligence across the organisation.

">

Reporting to the Digital Planning, Culture and Practices Director, you will ensure that data and AI initiatives align with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

">

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and project management abilities. You will drive the effective use of data and AI to enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and support the company's growth and digital transformation goals.

About You:

">

You will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in data governance, AI implementation, or a related field is required.

">

As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of successfully implementing data and AI governance frameworks. Your expertise in best practices related to data and AI, as well as identifying and mitigating risks associated with AI technologies, will be valuable assets.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £78,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses and car allowances. You will also enjoy 36 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
