Nightshift Track Maintenance Job

We are currently seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Asset Inspector to join our team at Morson Talent. As a Nightshift Infrastructure Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing railway tracks, ensuring the safety and efficiency of train operations.

About the Role:

  • Utilize specialized equipment to inspect and test railway tracks for signs of damage or deterioration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize work and organize materials and staff as needed to maintain efficient track operations.
  • Contribute to site surveys and ensure adherence to established safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in track maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of track inspection and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting heavy objects, and working in physical positions.

Working Hours: Full-time position with regular hours, including nights and days

Estimated Salary: £21 Per hour + Holiday pay
