Job Title: Early Years Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

This part-time position will involve working lunch hours, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm (or similar hours), supporting our nursery team in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Support children's learning and development through interactive play, activities, and reading.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education.
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and abilities, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Adhere to child protection and safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety and security of all children in our care.
