MERJE is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to drive their Pricing Optimisation strategy. This role involves developing advanced models, improving continuous innovation, and driving performance.

The successful candidate will predict customer behaviour, manage pricing processes, and enhance the dynamic pricing model to make it a critical business asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the optimisation function, building predictive models for customer behaviour.
  • Drive technical excellence across the department, promoting innovation and best practices.
  • Lead regular pricing reviews and optimisation processes, developing new models and alternatives.
  • Perform detailed pricing analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in SQL & Python, with experience in data science methodologies.
  • Background in Lending, Pricing, Commercial, Credit Risk, or Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
