Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Global Brands Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to drive customer growth and brand awareness in the on-trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute activation plans to support customer and brand growth objectives
  • Ensure the brand is best represented in the eyes of the customer, within the boundaries and context of meeting sales and customer specific objectives
  • Act as the interface between all functions in Marketing and the Sales team, to develop customer specific campaign activity and customer specific new product launch plans
  • Measure and evaluate activity, demonstrating tangible results for the business as well as future recommendations
  • Work closely with the data & insight team to interpret data and develop retailer specific recommendations
  • Work alongside the channel relevant account managers to build bespoke retailer tenders/activation plans
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with your counterpart in customer businesses
  • Be confident to recognise and raise challenges whilst delivering a solution to overcome them
  • Spend time in your relevant channel to be able to offer opportunities to brand and sales for all elements of the marketing mix (product, promotion and activation specifically) to drive GBL growth
  • Adapt easily and work flexibly, evenings and weekends, to deliver in trade and experiential activity where required
  • Brief channel specific POS requests to purchasing and be the project lead on delivery high quality POS efficiently
  • Keep the sales team informed and on board with all projects and brand plans, creating selling decks that tie in brand plans with their channel plans and goals
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Educated to degree level, ideally within areas of hospitality or marketing
  • 2+ years in customer/trade marketing across Premium Hospitality
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering activation plans
  • Highly numerate and strong commercial thinker with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight
