The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in PMLD or a relevant special education qualification. A strong understanding of differentiated instruction and individual education plans (IEPs) is also essential.

  • Design and implement tailored learning experiences for students with PMLD, ensuring access to an engaging and stimulating curriculum.">
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to provide holistic care and support for students.">
  • Support the development of communication, motor, and social skills in line with each student's education and care plan.">

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
