Special Educational Needs Support Professional

beBee Professionals in Harlow is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Support Professional to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to support students with SEN, providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons and assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide support to students with SEN, including those with physical, sensory, or learning disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
