Job Overview:

Salary:

Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, ensuring they receive the necessary support to reach their full potential.
  • Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure the student's success.
  • Support students with special needs, providing guidance and assistance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of the principles of special education.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs, showcasing the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
