Consultant Psychiatrist

Location: Birmingham, UK

Salary: Up to £162,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at a hospital in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Forensic Psychiatry and a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert psychiatric assessments and treatment for patients within the Male PICU service.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participating in on-call rotations and providing 24/7 support to patients and staff.
