Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Estee Lauder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will be knowledgeable about our products and be able to make recommendations based on individual skin types and needs. This is a part-time position with variable shifts, and you will be working as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising in the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for clients
  • Be knowledgeable about Estee Lauder products and make recommendations based on individual skin types and needs
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising in the store
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
