You do this through combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

• You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
• You will build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.
• You will champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, serving as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and passing on your knowledge to customers.
• You will adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive stratospheric success.

• An NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy is ideal, as is experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• You will be passionate about being part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen and continues to grow, with a love for all things Charlotte Tilbury.
• You will have experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs.
