About the Role

A Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Expert is the heart of our stores and counters. This key position empowers customers to be their most beautiful version, combining artistry skills with product knowledge and emotional connections.

  • This role requires a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding KPIs, and building lasting relationships with team members and management.
  • As a brand ambassador, you will champion world-class artistry and customer experiences, adapting your approach to activities and customers for stratospheric success.
  • You will follow the company grooming standards and have experience in applying makeup, adapting to customers' needs.
About You
  • An ideal candidate has an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy and experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the market and grow with Charlotte Tilbury.
  • Experience in makeup application and adaptability to customers' needs is essential.
