About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Executive to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Test Pack Management: Execute, report, and maintain customer test packs, analyzing test coverage to recommend enhancements and improvements.
  • Onboarding and Business-as-Usual Support: Help onboard and provide ongoing support to clients using our SmartTM Automated Test, Audit, and Shield Applications.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze customers' Workday configuration and understand their specific domain configuration to drive business decisions.
  • Test Pack Development: Define, design, build, and refine test packs, ensuring they are aligned with customers' test strategies.
  • Customer Upskilling: Transfer knowledge of our SmartTM Automated Test, Audit, and Shield Applications to customer teams and colleagues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SmartTM Testing and Audit products by suggesting new features and functionality.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Focus: Proven experience in a customer-facing environment with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Business Acumen: Business, finance, computer science, or related degree to an honors level.
  • Desirable Skills: Developed understanding of manual and automated testing, exposure to software development, business analysis, or quality assurance/test consulting environments, experience with on-premise or cloud-based financials/business applications, and experience with the Workday Application Suite.
