About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks while fostering a culture of excellence. As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of food service, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service, in collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage. Your expertise will drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative strategies and initiatives.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective food and beverage plans to maximize revenue and profitability;
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making.
