Firmdale Hotels, a renowned international group of 11 luxury hotels and 10 bars and restaurants in London and New York, is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their award-winning team at The Soho Hotel.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and team members to exceed guest expectations and contribute to the continued success of Firmdale Hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the restaurant and bar, guaranteeing efficient and high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to maintain exceptional food and drink offerings that meet our stringent quality standards.
  • Effectively communicate any guest feedback or operational issues to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
  • Proven knowledge of quality products and ingredients, with a genuine passion for food and beverage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
