Role Overview


The Soho Hotel is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our award-winning team. This key role will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service to our guests.


Main Responsibilities



  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the restaurant and bar, working closely with senior management and team members to maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, addressing any concerns and ensuring their experience is exceptional.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct daily briefings, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work alongside the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all food and drink offerings meet our exacting standards of quality.
  • Effectively communicate any guest feedback or operational issues to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings competitive and appealing.

Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
  • An understanding of the current market and awareness of potential competitors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
