We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading client accounts and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple clients across various industries, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results. You will be a strategic thinker, able to provide input on all projects and continuously evaluate opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client accounts, including budgeting, profitability, and financial management
  • Owning the agency-client relationship, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients
  • Providing strategic input on all projects, evaluating opportunities for growth and development
  • Actively participating in new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the agency
  • Building strong relationships within the team and across the agency, fostering collaboration and development

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced marketing/creative/ad agency environment
  • Be able to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Have experience managing multiple clients across various industries
  • Be confident in your ability to pitch to C-suite level clients and handle objections
  • Be a driven individual, always striving for the best results for the agency and client
