Job Title: Senior Business Liaison
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Liaison to join our team in Barnstaple.

Job Overview
As a Senior Business Liaison, you will report directly to the Business Manager, playing a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our clients, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships between clients and the organisation.
  • Drive performance improvements based on measurable KPIs, focusing on operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing communication and processes, both internally and externally.
  • Provide comprehensive KPI reporting and support data entry for the Senior Business Liaison and Business Manager.
  • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself, colleagues, and external/internal sub-contractors.

What will the Senior Business Liaison do?

  • Manage order administration and sales order processing.
  • Project manage delivery of work, ensuring a precise and methodical approach is adhered to with the customer always coming first.
  • Handle input data and ensure delivery is on time and within agreed standards.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to accurately enter data into in-house databases.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical and English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/food/professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive experience in change management.
  • Familiarity with database systems and their application in business management.
