**Supporting Student Attainment**

V-Recruit is excited to partner with a leading Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a Head of Student Wellbeing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student attainment and well-being, working closely with the inclusion team and Vice Principal.

The main responsibilities include using data to inform strategic interventions, monitoring student progress, and targeting students for additional support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an educational environment, with a strong understanding of issues affecting students and young people.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,716 per year, based on a 37-hour week. This is a temporary vacancy, expected to last at least 4-6 weeks, although it could be extended.
